My Background
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in management consulting, renewable energy, tech entrepreneurship, and angel investing—gaining experience in advising major corporations on executing digital transformations and in building and scaling businesses. Along the way, I’ve founded several ventures, some of which achieved successful exits. Since 2016, I’ve been an active angel investor with Maple Leaf Angels, where I currently chair the board of directors, working with a great community to support and invest in early-stage startups. I am also an advisor to corporations on adopting and managing innovation.
What I Do
Bringing a startup mindset—fast, experimental, and disruptive—I help corporations set up, refine, and run their in-house innovation programs, guiding future-focused initiatives from ideation to scaling. I develop frameworks, processes, and tools that integrate insights from market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving needs, enabling companies to stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape. I also help organizations build strategic partnerships across the broader innovation ecosystem—including with promising startups—to access top talent, adopt new technologies, and create new value
